The Pantages Theatre is a historic theater in Salt Lake City, Utah in the United States. It began construction in 1918 and opened in 1921 as the Pantages Theatre, after the name of its developer and owner, Alexander Pantages. Babe Ruth performed there in 1927. Abbott and Costello, Will Rogers, and many other celebrities performed in this prestigious theater during its lifetime.
